Leen Al-Alami

Leen is an associate in Kleinbard’s Business and Finance Department.  She focuses her practice on corporate and securities matters, with particular emphasis on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance issues. She represents private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies, venture capital firms and strategic buyers and sellers across various industry sectors.

Leen is fluent in Arabic and French and proficient in Hebrew.
