Joe Valane is an associate in the Business and Finance Department. His broad-based corporate practice includes mergers and acquisitions (representing both buyers and sellers), corporate financing and restructuring, business formation and growth issues, commercial contracts, and general corporate counseling.

Joe has extensive experience in the area of mergers and acquisitions, having represented buyers and sellers in more than 100 asset- and stock-based transactions.

Joe also counsels many newly formed and middle market companies across a wide variety of industries with respect to their transactional and day-to-day operational needs.
