James Gorman is an associate in the Firm’s Litigation Department. His practice primarily focuses on commercial litigation and trade secret misappropriation litigation. Prior to joining Kleinbard, James practiced at an intellectual property litigation firm where he developed considerable advocacy skills and secured victories at oral argument and on the papers in federal district courts throughout the country. James’ prior experience includes representing clients in the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, and the U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.

Previous Experience
Prior to joining Kleinbard, James was an associate at Devlin Law Firm LLC. In addition, he was previously a judicial extern for Judge Sue L. Robinson in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware, where he worked on a variety of projects, including opinions and memoranda related to patent litigation.
